Using the new Supra eKey app

For months now Supra has been preparing to release the most recent updates to your Supra eKEY®. Making it faster, more efficient, and offering an all new interface to boot, we hope you’ll love these updates as much as we do!

What you need to know

To start, please note that the latest updates to the eKEY® will only be compatible for devices with the following operating systems:

  • Android iOS 5 or greater
  • Apple iOS 10 or greater

If you're using an older smartphone/OS, don't worry! All other operating systems will continue having access to the eKEY® app we all know and love, although, they will not be able to utilize the most recent updates without a device upgrade.

How and when will updates be delivered?

If your operating system is compatible with the latest updates, Supra will notify you that a new version of the app is available. Your eKEY® will update on its own if you have opted into automatic updates through the app settings, otherwise you can go to the app store on your device and manually download the new app.

Here's what the new app should look like when you're logging onto the new app for the first time:

New features

Although some enhanced features will not roll out immediately, eligible users will now have access to the following eKEY® updates:

  • New interface designed to accommodate both left-handed and right-handed individuals
  • Ability to access lockboxes using system biometrics
  • Apple watch access when connected to an eKEY® enabled device
  • Once a day PIN code entry, depending on password/security activation
  • Data at the door, including listing photo and current property notes
  • In-app showing details, including showing duration
  • Ability to send real-time alerts at the touch of a button
